Club Officers
The Club has a committee of elected officers, which form the governing body called the Club Council. These are the current President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, Assistant Honorary Secretary and the Immediate Past President.
Each member of the club with the exception of Officers of the Club serves on one Club Main Committee and one Club Service Committee; they normally serve for a period of one to three years.

Club Council
The Club Council consists of the Officers of the club and six ordinary elected members these are normally the Chairman of the Main Committees.
Where the Main Committee Chairman are not elected members of Club Council they are usually invited to attend the meetings of the Council as non voting attendees to report on the work of their committee. Non-Voting members may occasionally be co-opted onto the Club Council.
Club Council Meetings
The Club Council normally meets once a month, in the evening to discuss the following:-
1. Matters arising from the Previous Meeting Minutes
2. Finances Club Funds
3. Finances Charity Funds
4. Correspondence from Rotary International
5. Correspondence from Rotary International Britain & Ireland
6. Correspondence from District 1090
7. Correspondence from local individuals or organisations
8. Receive Main Committee Reports and Funding Requests.
