Banbury Rotary is proud to be one of the organisations supporting the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal
The red poppy is a symbol of remembrance, honouring those who lost their lives in service and recognising the sacrifices made by members of the Armed Forces, past and present. It also reminds us of the value of peace and freedom.
Money raised through the Poppy Appeal helps support serving personnel, veterans and their families. The Royal British Legion provides assistance with recovery from injury, mental wellbeing, financial hardship, housing and employment challenges.
When you buy a poppy, you are helping ensure that members of the Armed Forces community can receive support when they need it most.
Please give generously when you see Rotary or other volunteers helping with poppy sales in Banbury.
Every donation makes a difference. 🌺
